Fuel monitoring
The fuel monitoring system allows you to track fuel consumption by reading the vehicle’s CAN bus data, including fuel level data and average consumption based on the flow meter. It enables the management of fuel card records and the entry of fuel invoices. The system compares actual data from the vehicle with the data on the invoices, enabling precise monitoring of consumption and the detection of any discrepancies or irregularities.
Vehicle-by-vehicle analysis
The fuel monitoring system allows you to visually track data through graphs, where you can easily view refueling history, changes in fuel levels, and consumption trends over time. The graphical display enables you to quickly identify unusual deviations, such as sudden drops in fuel levels or frequent refueling. This allows you to manage fuel costs more effectively, optimize route planning, and increase transparency in vehicle usage.
Comparison of invoices and vehicle data
By comparing fuel card records and invoice records, it is possible to compare fuel consumption as reported on invoices with fuel consumption data from the vehicle. By comparing the fuel volume recorded on receipts with the fuel level in the tank and data from the flow meter, potential discrepancies can be detected, such as incorrectly recorded purchases, consumption deviations, or unauthorized fuel use. This enables better cost control and greater efficiency in fleet management.
