Time Sheet

To ensure compliance with the Act on Working Hours and Rest Periods for Mobile Workers and on Recording Equipment in Road Transport (ZDCOPMD), it is essential to accurately track the working hours of mobile workers. The ZDCOPMD requires companies to maintain detailed records of working hours for all employees engaged in mobile work, including drivers. We record this data as part of our working time records, which are maintained in accordance with laws governing record-keeping in the fields of labor and social security.

Internal Oversight of Misdemeanors

Internal monitoring of violations is a key process for ensuring compliance with legislation on drivers’ working hours and rest periods and for preventing violations. By systematically reviewing data on driving times, mandatory rest periods, and identified violations, companies actively reduce the risk of fines and improve road safety. Effective internal control enables the identification of recurring patterns of violations, raises drivers’ awareness of proper conduct, and facilitates the implementation of preventive measures to ensure consistent compliance with regulations.
